Deposit Policy

We kindly request a £20 deposit be paid to secure all bookings. For new clients, this will be requested via bank transfer at the time of booking, and for follow up appointments will be taken during your visit to our clinic.

 

The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment on the day. The deposit is fully transferrable if you need to change your appointment date or time with at least 48 hours notice. This allows us sufficient time to offer your appointment to other clients waiting for care.

 

Late appointment changes and/or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time will be subject to loss of deposit and a new deposit will be requested on rebooking. ​We recognise last-minute cancellations are unavoidable in some cases due to reasons out of your control such as illness, transportation issues and family circumstances. We keep our deposit charge to minimum to reduce the impact on our clients in these circumstances, however we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund of your deposit. We feel passionate about being able to continue delivering our services to the public, and to do so must still cover basic business and administrative costs.

The deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your appointment without rebooking or if you fail to attend your appointment.
